This program is like no other. It is not a ‘diet’ because we all know those are not sustainable long term, and it is not a ‘quick fix’ to get you into shape in a month before a special event. This is a lifestyle program designed to help you feel happier, healthier and learn how to live a balanced lifestyle. I like to call it a ‘lifestyle’ because the daily habits you will learn and the delicious food you will consume is 110% sustainable forever and a day and in my opinion, is truely the best way to live a balanced life and show up everyday being the best version of yourself possible!
My 8 week program includes:
- Initial consult (can be done face to face or via skype/phone call) – This will include goal setting, discussing lifestyle and daily habits etc. I will then customise a program that suits you and your individual needs.
- Customised meal plan (with recipes) and daily exercise and mindfulness ideas
- 4x Coaching calls to check in on progress – 1 call per fortnight.
- Mindfulness and nutrition coaching

I have been following my own program now for around 18 months and have been wanting to share it for quite a while now. Sharing your own personal methods can be a very daunting experience and my ‘mean girl’ has popped up in my head many times telling me I am crazy and that no one even cares but I honestly believe that my method to wellness, health and happiness, is so simple and addictive (in a good way) that is to TOO FREAKING GOOD NOT TO SHARE!
